Previously, if you were bleeding from a particular wound (let's say on the forehead), you could be treated twice for that wound. If you are treated three times, you will have to forfeit the match.
Under new rules, it doesn't matter if it's a different wound, if you are treated for bleeding three times, you will have to forfeit the match. So, let's say you were treated twice for a gash on the forehead. Then your nose starts bleeding and you get treated for that. It's considered the third time, and you will have to forfeit the match.
